Kruip in de huid van Als juridisch adviseur VTH voor gemeente Bladel lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen onze gemeente. Je geeft juridisch advies over de vergunningverlening en de handhaving van de fysieke regelgeving (Omgevingswet), maar ook in het kader van de APV, bijzondere wetten en de openbare orde. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je samen met collega's, inwoners, ondernemers en externe partners aan (complexe) handhavingsvraagstukken en bezwaar- en beroepszaken. In de gemeente Bladel willen we in gesprek gaan met mensen om op die manier samen tot een oplossing te komen. Wanneer dit niet lukt, wordt een handhavingstraject opgestart. Je stelt vooraankondigingen en lastgevingen op en bent verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van een eventueel bezwaar- en of beroepschrift. Juridische kwaliteit staat hoog op jouw prioriteitenlijst. Je houdt je kennis actueel en denkt mee over het verbeteren van processen en procedures.
