Als Juridisch medewerker help jij mensen die bezwaar maken tegen een besluit binnen een maatschappelijke regeling. Jij duikt in dossiers, zoekt uit wat er precies speelt en zorgt ervoor dat ieder bezwaar zorgvuldig en op tijd wordt behandeld. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de regels, maar ook naar het persoonlijke verhaal achter het dossier. Je beoordeelt bezwaarschriften, analyseert dossiers en de informatie, en hebt regelmatig contact met aanvragers en andere betrokken partijen. Je weet complexe informatie op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen met inachtneming van de geldende wet- en regelgeving en procedures. Het team Je werkt binnen een betrokken team van professionals. Samen met je collega-casemanagers, de Procesregisseur Bezwaar en de Kwaliteitsregisseur Bezwaar zorg je ervoor dat bezwaren goed worden opgepakt en afgehandeld. Klinkt dit als iets voor jou?
