Je bereidt Woo-besluiten zorgvuldig voor en adviseert het bevoegd gezag over de juridische afwegingen. Het formele besluit wordt door het bestuursorgaan genomen, maar jij zorgt dat alle stappen inhoudelijk kloppen en volledig onderbouwd zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, archiefspecialisten en privacy-experts. Door jouw gestructureerde manier van werken blijven dossiers navolgbaar en transparant. Functieomschrijving In deze functie werk je stap voor stap aan Woo-verzoeken, waarbij je informatie beoordeelt, belangen afweegt en uitzonderingsgronden toepast. Je bewaakt zorgvuldigheid en juridische helderheid. Je adviseert waar nodig over aan Woo gerelateerde bestuursrechtelijke vragen, zoals Awb-procedures of privacy-kaders. Afhankelijk van de opdracht kan je worden betrokken bij bredere vraagstukken, maar jouw primaire focus blijft de Woo-behandeling. Je houdt je bezig met: - Beoordelen en afhandelen van Woo-verzoeken. - Uitvoeren van juridische toetsing en belangenafweging, inclusief uitzonderingsgronden. - Opstellen van besluiten, adviezen en correspondentie. - Afstemmen met teams over documentselectie, privacy en openbaarmaking. - Gebruikmaken van AI-tools voor ordening, analyse en efficiëntie.
