Opdracht Vanwege tijdelijke capaciteitsproblemen binnen het team Vergunningverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Jurist VTH die direct inzetbaar is op juridische dossiers binnen het fysieke domein. Werkzaamheden De Jurist VTH ondersteunt het team bij juridische vraagstukken op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving en levert een actieve bijdrage aan het afhandelen van complexe dossiers. Concrete werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Juridische advisering over vergunningen, toezicht- en handhavingstrajecten binnen het fysieke domein. - Behandelen van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures op het gebied van omgevingsrecht. - Opstellen en toetsen van juridische besluiten, handhavingsbeschikkingen, vooraankondigingen, lasten onder dwangsom en lasten onder bestuursdwang. - Adviseren van vergunningverleners, toezichthouders, beleidsmedewerkers en management over toepassing van relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente tijdens hoorzitti...
