Was fällt alles in Ihren Aufgabenbereich?

Als Küchenchef_in der Parktherme Bad Radkersburg verantworten Sie die operative und strategische Führung der Küchenabteilung. Sie steuern die Personalplanung, leiten Mitarbeitergespräche und organisieren Schulungen zur Qualitätssteigerung. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&B-Manager übernehmen Sie die Menüplanung sowie den Einkauf und Warenfluss. Sie gestalten kulinarische Konzepte mit und gewährleisten die Einhaltung der Hygienestandards. Zudem arbeiten Sie aktiv in der Küche mit, wirken an neuen Konzepten mit und übernehmen die Betreuung von Veranstaltungen.

Was bringen Sie mit?

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch_Köchin oder eine entsprechende gastronomische Fachausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Position als Küchenchef oder 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Souschef in der 4- & 5-Sterne Hotellerie. Zusätzliche Qualifikationen wie eine Ausbildung als Diätköch_in, Lehrlingsausbilder_in oder Küchenmeister_in sind von Vorteil. Neben Deutschkenntnissen (mindestens B2) sind Englischkenntnisse (B2) erforderlich, weitere Fremdsprachen sind wünschenswert.

Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
