In een moderne, geautomatiseerde omgeving combineer je procesbewaking vanuit de controlekamer met praktische werkzaamheden op de werkvloer. Je krijgt de kans om jouw technische kennis in te zetten en samen met je team continu te streven naar procesverbeteringen. Dankzij het vaste 5-ploegenrooster geniet je van een voorspelbare werkplanning en een goede balans tussen werk en privé. Wat ga je doen: - Bedienen en bewaken van geautomatiseerde productie-installaties, zowel vanuit de controlekamer als op de werkvloer. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en CCP-controles om te zorgen dat de kaas voldoet aan de hoogste normen. - Signaleren van afwijkingen in proceswaarden en bijsturen waar nodig. - Verhelpen van kleine technische storingen en nauwkeurig registreren van procesgegevens in systemen zoals SAP. - Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en samenwerken met collega's om het lijnrendement te verhogen. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.787 en €4.200 inclusief ploegentoeslag (gemiddeld 37,95% bij 33,6 uur per week). - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Een vast continu 5-ploegenrooster voor voorspelbaarheid en balans. - 5% eindejaarsuitkering, uitbetaald bij iedere verloning, en 8% vakantiegeld. - €0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer en gelijkwaardige arbeidsvoorwaarden via Start People. - Ruime ontwikkelmogelijkheden, zoals praktijkgerichte trainingen en doorgroeikansen binnen Frieslan...
