Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation und/oder Bauleitung

* Du bist durchsetzungsstark, engagiert, eigeninitiativ und teamfähig

* Du arbeitest teamorientiert, genau und eigenständig

* Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse und idealerweise fundierte iTWO-Kenntnisse

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Kalkulation von Bauprojekten im Hochbau (Industrie-, Gewerbe-, Büro-, Kommunal- und Wohnbau)

* Führung und Entwicklung von Teammitgliedern innerhalb des Kalkulationsteams sowie Koordination der Schnittstellen zu anderen Fachbereichen

* Analyse von Ausschreibungen und Mengenberechnungen

* Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

* Präsentation der Angebotskalkulation für die Preisbewertung

* Erarbeiten und Berechnen von technischen und wirtschaftlichen Alternativen

* Wartung von Stammdaten und Betriebsmitteln

* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Beschaffung, BIM, Arbeitsvorbereitung, technischem Controlling, Qualitätssicherung usw.)
