Wil je jouw expertise inzetten om cliënten te begeleiden bij het zorgvuldig plannen van hun nalatenschap en vermogen? Dan heeft VDB dé uitdaging voor jou! Voor het team in Rosmalen en Waalre zoekt VDB versterking binnen de sectie Estate Planning. Als medior/ senior kandidaat-notaris adviseer je cliënten over vraagstukken rondom vermogensoverdracht, successieplanning en fiscale optimalisatie. Je stelt testamenten, levenstestamenten, schenkingsakten en complexe Familierecht-structuren op. Verder begeleid je cliënten bij het opzetten van familiestichtingen en andere vermogensstructuren. Je behandelt dossiers zelfstandig van begin tot eind en onderhoudt intensief contact met cliënten en hun adviseurs. Je denkt mee over innovatieve oplossingen voor complexe Estate Planning-vraagstukken. Je neemt deel aan vaktechnisch overleg (VTO) en blijft op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in het notariaat en fiscale wetgeving. Je draagt actief bij aan de groei en positionering van de sectie Estate Planning. Je hebt een afgeronde wo-opleiding Notarieel Recht met minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in de notariële praktijk, bij voorkeur met focus op estate planning en familierecht. Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en plezier in intensief cliëntcontact. Je bent nauwkeurigheid, hebt overtuigingskracht en een proactieve houding. Je bent beschikbaar van minimaal 32 uur per week. Verder heb je een utstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (Engels is een pré). Naast een goed salaris krijg je een laptop, iPhone en de inrichting voor een thuiswerkplek. Je hebt recht op 30 vrije dagen (bij fulltime) met de optie tot het bijkopen van 2 weken extra verlof.
