Linders notarissen is op zoek naar een kandidaat-notaris ondernemingsrecht ter versterking van ons team. Over Linders notarissen Linders notarissen is een zelfstandig notariskantoor met meer dan 55 jaar ervaring. Wij adviseren onze cliënten, zowel particulieren als ondernemers, op het gebied van familierecht, estate planning, ondernemingsrecht en onroerend goed. Ons kantoor is aangesloten bij NICO, een samenwerkingsverband van gerenommeerde notariskantoren in Nederland. Ons team bestaat uit vier notarissen, vijf kandidaat-notarissen, een toegevoegd notaris en 26 (notariële) medewerkers, allemaal met hart voor het vak, oog voor elkaar en toewijding aan onze cliënten. Jouw rol Als kandidaat-notaris ondernemingsrecht werk je zelfstandig aan uiteenlopende dossiers. Je adviseert ondernemers en bedrijven en begeleidt hen bij verschillende juridische vraagstukken en transacties. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Het opstellen en beoordelen van akten en overeenkomsten - Het begeleiden van oprichtingen, statutenwijzigingen, fusies, splitsingen, aandelenoverdrachten en andere transacties - Het adviseren van ondernemers en rechtspersonen over uiteenlopende vraagstukken - Het onderhouden van contact met cliënten en het fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt - Het zelfstandig behandelen van dossiers van A tot Z - Het samenwerken en sparren met notarissen, kandidaat-notarissen en medewerkers binnen de sectie ondernemingsrecht en andere secties Je krijgt daarbij veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het ondernemingsrecht.
