  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in een tuincentrum, bloemenwinkel of in de bloemen- en plantensector. Affiniteit met bloemen, planten en decoratie is een must. Je hebt feeling voor kleuren, combinaties en decoratie en bent bereid om boeketten en bloemstukken te leren maken. Je vindt het leuk om geschenken samen te stellen, cadeautjes mooi in te pakken en onze geschenkafdeling aantrekkelijk te presenteren. Je hebt een goed werktempo, werkt vlot en efficiënt en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en een verzorgde afwerking. Je bent een echte aanpakker die graag doorwerkt, initiatief neemt en niet afwacht tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren. Je ziet werk liggen, kunt zelfstandig aan de slag en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Je bent klantvriendelijk en helpt klanten met plezier bij hun keuze van bloemen, planten, geschenken en decoratie. Je bent bereid om verschillende taken op te nemen, zoals klantenbediening, kassawerk, de geschenkbalie, aanvulwerk, decoratieafdeling en het verzorgen van bloemen en planten. Je bent flexibel, gemotiveerd en een echte teamspeler die bijdraagt aan een positieve werksfeer. Je bent bereid om ook in het weekend te werken (zaterdag of zondag) en tijdens drukke periodes een extra inspanning te leveren. Wat vinden wij belangrijk? We zoeken een enthousiaste collega met een passie voor bloemen, planten en decoratie, die graag bijleert en zin heeft om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Ervaring in de sector is een pluspunt, maar de juiste motivatie, een goed werktempo en een positieve ingesteldheid vinden we minstens even belangrijk. Je hoeft nog geen ervaren florist(e) te zijn: we geven je graag de kans om boeketten en bloemstukken te leren maken. We verwachten wel dat je initiatief neemt, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en met enthousiasme meewerkt aan de dagelijkse werking van ons tuincentrum. We zoeken een fijne collega die ons geweldige team komt versterken, graag samenwerkt en elke dag met veel goesting aan de slag gaat!
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de bloemen- en plantensector en beschikt over een goede basiskennis van bloemen en planten.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, enthousiast en hebt een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Je hebt een goed werktempo en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en hebt oog voor wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, sociaal en communicatief.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om verschillende taken binnen de winkel op te nemen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband en draagt actief bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en presentatie.
  • Je bent bereid om in het weekend (zaterdag of zondag) en tijdens drukke periodes te werken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier verder helpen.
