The posting

Als Key Account Engineer ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor één of meerdere strategische klanten actief binnen energie, mobiliteit en technische infrastructuur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische, operationele en financiële opvolging van deze klanten en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve en duurzame samenwerking.

Je coördineert de dagelijkse dienstverlening in samenwerking met planning, helpdesk, technical support en field service. Daarnaast bereid je technische projecten voor, volg je ze op van offerte tot oplevering en bewaak je de afgesproken servicelevels, budgetten en contractuele afspraken.

Je bent betrokken bij uiteenlopende technische domeinen zoals brandstofinstallaties, EV-laadinfrastructuur, elektrische installaties en facility-gerelateerde infrastructuur.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Key Account Management

  • Fungeren als SPOC voor één of meerdere strategische klanten.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Bewaken van KPI's, SLA's en contractuele afspraken.
  • Adviseren van klanten over technische oplossingen, verbeteringen en investeringen.

Operationele Coördinatie

  • Opvolgen van onderhoudsactiviteiten, interventies en technische meldingen.
  • Coördineren van werkzaamheden tussen klant, interne afdelingen en onderaannemers.
  • Opvolgen van escalaties en bewaken van kwaliteit, timing en klanttevredenheid.
  • Organiseren van periodieke overlegmomenten en rapporteringen.

Projectvoorbereiding & Projectopvolging

  • Voorbereiden, plannen en opvolgen van technische projecten.
  • Opmaken van technische dossiers, offertes en projectplanningen.
  • Bewaken van scope, budget, kwaliteit en timing.
  • Coördineren van alle betrokken interne en externe partijen.

Technische Infrastructuur & Facilities

  • Opvolgen van brandstofinstallaties, EV-laadinfrastructuur, elektrische installaties en facility-systemen.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij technische vraagstukken en operationele uitdagingen.
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudsprogramma's, inspecties en wettelijke keuringen.
  • Analyseren van technische rapporten en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen.
  • Adviseren bij renovaties, uitbreidingen en optimalisatieprojecten.

Contract- en Financieel Beheer

  • Beheren van onderhoudscontracten en serviceovereenkomsten.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en verrekeningen.
  • Bewaken van budgetten, kosten en rendabiliteit.
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en bijkomende dienstverlening.
  • Master Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek, Energie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een technische service-, onderhouds-, project- of accountmanagementfunctie.
  • Affiniteit met brandstofinstallaties, e-mobility, elektrotechnische installaties en facilities.
  • Een organisatorisch en coördinerend vermogen.
  • Technisch inzicht gecombineerd met klantgerichtheid en financieel bewustzijn.
  • Proactief, communicatief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Kennis van Outlook en MS Office.
  • Je spreekt professioneel Nederlands en Engels. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
