Zoek je een functie waarin je echt impact kunt maken? Dan is dit je kans. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties binnen de zorgsector. Je weet commerciële kansen te signaleren én te benutten. Je beweegt je op strategisch niveau binnen organisaties en spreekt met HR, L&D-managers, inkopers en directies over hun leer- en ontwikkelvraagstukken. Je bent ondernemend, denkt in oplossingen en weet organisaties te inspireren met de mogelijkheden van digitale leeroplossingen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je analyseert en evalueert de commerciële doelstellingen uit het businessplan en denkt actief mee met de Manager Sales en de Propositiemanager over de optimalisatie van het commercieel plan; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een klantenportefeuille met bestaande scholen en prospects met een target en accountplanning per jaar; - Je verkent de mogelijkheden en kansen met betrekking tot new business en uitbreiding bij bestaande scholen. - Op een proactieve en commerciële wijze streef je naar een optimale klanttevredenheid; - Je bouwt strategisch en tactisch aan klantrelaties en je hebt een centrale rol in de beïnvloeding van de brede DMU; - Je volgt de trends binnen leren- en ontwikkelen én de gezondheidszorg op de voet en weet wat de concurrentie doet; - Je neemt initiatief, weet het overzicht te behouden en verbindt klantbehoefte met innovatieve, integrale oplossingen vanuit diepgaande marktkennis; - Je voert verkoop- en adviesgesprekken met scholen en geeft bevlogen presentaties en demo's, zowel op locatie als ook online; - Je bezoekt en presenteert daarnaast regelmatig relevante seminars, beurzen en congressen; - Je werkt nauw samen met propositiemanagement, marketing en het educatieve team.
