Bei der Stadtgemeinde Horn eröffnet sich die CHANCE zur Besetzung des Dienstpostens einer / eines 1 Kinderbetreuer/in

als SPRINGERIN mit einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 25 Wochenstunden ab Jänner 2027 zur Besetzung.

Als Kinderbetreuer/in sind Sie Ihrem Stammhaus, dem NÖ Landeskindergarten Prof.-K.-Scholz-Straße, 3580 Horn, Prof.-Karl-Scholz-Straße 26, zugeteilt. Sie werden flexibel nach Bedarf im Stammhaus bzw. für die urlaubs- und krankheitsbedingte Vertretung der Kinderbetreuerinnen in den beiden Tagesbetreuungseinrichtungen und in den vier NÖ Landeskindergärten im Gemeindegebiet eingesetzt.

Die Anstellung im Verwendungszweig Elementar- und sozialpädagogischer Dienst, Verwendung Fachdienst, und die Entlohnung erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen des NÖ Gemeinde-Bedienstetengesetz 2025, LGBl. 15/2024 idgF. Der Monatsbezug beträgt in der Verwendungsgruppe P1 auf Basis des Be-schäftigungsausmaßes von 25 Wochenstunden mindestens EUR 1.617,12 brutto. Die tatsächliche Einstufung kann durch Anrechnung allfälliger Vordienstzeiten höher ausfallen.

Das Dienstverhältnis ist vorerst auf die Dauer von sechs Monaten befristet. Eine Weiterbeschäftigung ist bei zufriedenstellender Dienstleistung jedenfalls vorgesehen.

¿ Unbedingt erforderliche Anstellungsvoraussetzungen:

- Hohe Flexibilität

- Bereitschaft zu Mehrleistungen (bis 40 Wochenstunden im Bedarfsfall)

¿ Allgemeine Anstellungserfordernisse:

- Österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft oder EU-Bürger

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kinderbetreuer/in von Vorteil

- Körperliche und geistige Eignung (ärztliche Bestätigung*)

- Unbescholtenheit (Strafregisterbescheinigung*)

- Einsatzbereitschaft, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit

- Belastbarkeit, Höflichkeit und Verlässlichkeit

- Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Bereitschaft zur laufenden Fort- und Weiterbildung

- Abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst bei männlichen Bewerbern * (wenn die Bewerbung in die engere Wahl genommen wird)
