Bij Obvion Hypotheken speel jij daarin een sleutelrol. Met oprechte aandacht, inhoudelijke kennis en een warm gesprek zorg jij ervoor dat klanten en adviseurs zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Samen met zo'n 600 betrokken collega's werk je elke dag aan oplossingen die bijdragen aan het levensgeluk van klanten. Uitzendbureau Manpower is op zoek naar meerdere Medewerkers Klantbeleving / Klant Contact Medewerkers voor Obvion in Heerlen. Als medewerker van het Klant Contact Centrum ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en adviseurs met vragen over lopende hypotheken. Dit contact verloopt voornamelijk telefonisch, maar ook via e-mail, chat en social media. Je start met het beantwoorden van basisvragen en groeit stap voor stap door naar het behandelen van meer inhoudelijke hypotheekvragen. Zo ontwikkel jij je tot een volwaardige sparringpartner voor adviseurs. Je verrast iedere klant met jouw deskundigheid en oprechte interesse. Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en vertaalt de situatie van de klant naar passende mogelijkheden binnen Obvion. Daarbij zeg je niet snel 'nee', maar zoek je met tact en creativiteit naar oplossingen die écht helpen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beantwoorden van inhoudelijke vragen over hypotheken en gekoppelde verzekeringen - Klanten informeren over wijzigingen zoals extra aflossen, renteaanpassingen of oversluiten - Uitleg geven over gevolgen voor maandlasten, boeterente en lange termijn - Administratie...
