Van de fanatieke bergwandelaar en kampeerder tot de weekendhiker of wintersporter: iedere klant van Bever heeft een eigen verhaal, eigen interesses en een volgend avontuur in het vooruitzicht. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze marketing daarop aansluit. Als Klantdata & Personalisatie Specialist ben jij de drijvende kracht achter persoonlijke klantcommunicatie en relevante klantreizen. Je gebruikt klantdata, gedrag en interesses om te ontdekken wie onze klanten zijn, wat hen beweegt en welke boodschap op welk moment relevant is. Vervolgens vertaal je die inzichten naar slimme segmentaties, persoonlijke campagnes en inspirerende customer journeys. Je beweegt daarmee precies op het snijvlak van marketing, klantdata en personalisatie. Niet alleen analyseer je wat klanten doen, maar vooral: wat kunnen we hiermee doen in onze marketing? Jij helpt Bever om van relevante klantdata naar relevante marketing te gaan. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat we niet alleen méér over onze klanten weten, maar dat we die kennis ook daadwerkelijk gebruiken om marketing persoonlijker, relevanter en inspirerender te maken. Je uitrusting Je bent een marketeer met een sterke affiniteit met data. Je bent analytisch sterk, nieuwsgierig en pro-actief. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen data inzichtelijk maken en nieuwe kansen spotten en weet collega's mee te nemen in jouw inzichten.Daarnaast heb je: - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare marketing-, CRM-, customer journey-, personalisatie- of klantdatafunctie; - ervaring met Customer Data Platforms, bij voorkeur Bloomreach; - kennis van SQL, Power BI of vergelijkbare data-analysetools; - ervaring met klantsegmentatie, bijvoorbeeld RFM en/of predictive modelling; - kennis van CRM, customer journeys en marketingprocessen; - een sterke interesse in personalisatie en datagedr...
