Dan is deze functie voor jou! Wat je gaat doen Als klantspecialist financiële software help je ondernemers met vragen over hun facturatie, administratie en software. En dat gaat verder dan alleen vertellen waar iemand moet klikken. Je krijgt regelmatig wat complexere vraagstukken waarbij je richting de boekhouding gaat. Geen eindeloze wachtrijen, geen standaard belscripts en geen dag die er hetzelfde uitziet. Je wisselt je werkzaamheden af met je collega's en krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken. Daarnaast is de organisatie volop bezig met AI, waardoor je ook met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen aan de slag gaat. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. De ene ochtend zit je aan de telefoon en help je ondernemers direct met hun vragen. 's Middags duik je bijvoorbeeld in de mailbox en zoek je een wat ingewikkelder vraagstuk uit. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel én goed geholpen worden. Je werkzaamheden zijn lekker afwisselend: - Klanten helpen via telefoon en e-mail - Vragen beantwoorden over software, facturatie en administratie - Complexere klantvragen uitzoeken die richting de boekhouding gaan - Meedenken met klanten en zoeken naar een passende oplossing - Uitleg geven over de werking van de software - Signaleren van terugkerende vragen en verbeterpunten - Afwisselen tussen telefoon, mail en andere werkzaamheden - Samenwerken met ongeveer 8 collega's binnen het Customer Care-team - Meedenken over hoe AI kan worden ingezet om klanten nog beter te helpen In januari tot en met maart is het extra druk. Dan komen er meer telefoontjes en vragen binnen dan normaal. Juist in die periode is het belangrijk dat je goed kunt schakelen en rustig blijft...
