Unsere Core Competence ist Hotelsoftware. Seit vielen Jahren entwickeln wir digitale Lösungen für einige der innovativsten Hotels und Gastronomiebetriebe im deutschsprachigen Raum. Doch Hospitality endet für uns nicht bei Software. Unsere Vision ist es, für mehr Menschen auf der Welt echte 5-Sterne-Erlebnisse zu schaffen - überall dort, wo Menschen aufeinandertreffen und besondere Momente entstehen. Mit unserem CAMPUS in Tirol haben wir einen Ort geschaffen, an dem Hospitality, Technologie, Kulinarik und Events zusammenkommen. Hier treffen internationale Kund_innen auf besondere Veranstaltungen. Hier arbeiten Technologie, Design, Gastfreundschaft und Gastronomie zusammen. Und genau deshalb bauen wir keine klassische Betriebsküche.

Wir kochen für exklusive Kund_innenevents, Workshops, Business Retreats - und gemeinsam mit einigen der spannendsten Gastronomen und Köche Europas. Dafür suchen wir keinen klassischen Kochjob: Ab sofort suchen wir jemanden, der_die Lust hat, eine besondere Küche mitzugestalten. Jemanden, der Verantwortung übernehmen will. Was du bei uns machst

* Eigenständige Zubereitung und Präsentation hochwertiger Speisen für Events und den täglichen Betrieb

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Gastronomen bei besonderen Veranstaltungen

* Warenkontrolle, Kalkulationen, Bestellwesen und Kassaverwaltung

* Schnittstelle zwischen Küche und Marketing/Event

* Schriftverkehr mit Lieferanten, Partnern und Vertretern

* Koordination von Wartungsterminen und Dokumentation (HACCP)

* Generelle Verwaltungsaufgaben innerhalb des Küchenteams

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin

* Gute Kenntnisse in Warenwirtschaft, Lagerorganisation und Kalkulation

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Computerprogrammen (MS Office, E-Mail, Bestellsysteme)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu Abenddiensten bei Veranstaltungen

*Für diese Position bieten wir ein attraktives, marktgerechtes Gehalt. Wenn du die oben genannten Voraussetzungen erfüllst, kannst du mit einem Mindestgehalt von € 2.375,- brutto/Monat (ausgehend von einer Vollzeitstelle/45 Wochenstunden, Lohngruppe 2 KV-Gastgewerbe) rechnen. Das letztgültige Gehalt klären wir in einem persönlichen Gespräch. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als KOCH_KÖCHIN beträgt 2.375,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
