Deze brasserie is een 'all day' zaak. De ochtend begint hier met heerlijke ontbijten die in buffetvorm beschikbaar zijn. Vervolgens zal de namiddag worden aangevuld met apéro en de avond helemaal in het teken van vlees staan.

Het is een jonge zaak waar ze op zoek zijn naar goede keukenmedewerkers die dit opstartend bedrijf mee naar het volgende niveau willen trekken.

Wat verwachten ze van jou?

  • Je staat mee in voor het ontwikkelen en uitwerken van de keuken.
  • Je staat mee in voor het uitwerken van de menukaart en het bepalen van de ingrediënten voor de verschillende gerechten om zo economisch en operationeel efficiënt te werken.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van de ingrediënten tot een presentabel eindproduct onder de juiste waarden van HACCP.
  • Je presenteert de borden die uitgaan in de zaal zodat klanten tevreden zijn met het resultaat op het bord.
  • Je beheert en overziet zowel de koude als de warme kant van de keuken.
  • Je volgt de regels van de HACCP zodat de keuken op orde blijft.
  • Je ruimt mee de keuken op en zorgt dat deze op orde staat aan het einde van de dag zodat er in de ochtend weer goed begonnen kan worden.
  • Je bent beschikbaar tussen 7u00 en 22u00 (je moet niet de volle uren werken maar er is afwisseling mogelijk).
  • Weekendwerk, zaterdag en zondag, is geen probleem voor jou.

  • Iemand die met creatieve ideeën mee kan denken om de kaart te optimaliseren.
  • Iemand die KAN koken.
  • Iemand die kan koken onder druk in een restaurantomgeving.
  • Je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je bent beschikbaar in de weekends.
  • Je hebt veel ervaring met vlees gerechten (o.a. Tomahawk, Bavette, Picanha zullen op de kaart staan).
  • Je bent bekend met de regels van de HACCP en de wetgeving die geldt in de keuken.

Gedreven, gemotiveerd en een teamspeler. Iemand die stressbestendig is en volop goesting heeft om ergens haar of zijn tanden in te zetten.
