4.9 / 5 HR - Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) Kostendeskundige Je wordt onderdeel van het kostendeskundige team van één of meerdere projectteams. Je beoordeelt aannemersbegrotingen en geeft advies op het gebied van kosten en ramingen. Je ontwikkelt kostenproducten (ramingen, modellen, business cases) en biedt advies over complexe projectvraagstukken. Daarnaast toets je kostenproducten die zijn geleverd door externe partijen en draag je bij aan de kennisontwikkeling binnen het team. Samen met het team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces van voorbereiding tot evaluatie en verbetering. Resultaat en werkzaamheden - Ontwikkelen: kostenproducten bij beslismomenten. - Adviseren: over projectvraagstukken, aanbestedingen, wijzigingen en kostenbeheersing. - Beoordelen: kostenproducten geleverd door externe partijen. - Procesvoering: opzetten, uitvoeren, evalueren en bijsturen van kostenproducten binnen het project, zowel inhoudelijk als procesmatig. - Samenwerking: werken met kostenadviseurs, kostenspecialisten en kostenanalisten. - Overleg: deelname aan de kostentafel, inkooptafel en diverse andere overlegorganen. Leiding en toezicht Essentiële competenties en kennis - Civieltechnische en/of werktuigbouwkundige kennis. - Kennis van de SSK-systematiek, inclusief het analyseren van probabilistische resultaten (Monte Carlo). - Communicatieve vaardigheden: in gesprek kunnen gaan met de aannemer (Bouwcombinatie De Groene Waarden) en het projectteam. - Overtuigingskracht: het kunnen verdedigen en overbrengen van een standpunt vanuit de opdrachtgeversrol. - Samenwerking: gericht op samenwerken in teamverband. Kandidaten worden beoordeeld op zowel eisen als wensen.
