Kostendeskundige/Cost Engineer Vakgebied Bouwkunde- en Civiele techniek Kostendeskundige / Cost Engineer Werklocatie en werkwijze Locatie: Utrecht en projectlocaties (hybride werken) Werkmodel: Verwachting is hybride werken met regelmatige aanwezigheid op kantoor en/of projectlocaties. Een redelijke mate van flexibiliteit wordt gewenst. Als kostendeskundige werk je binnen het kostendeskundige team van één of meerdere projectteams aan grote civiel-infrastructurele projecten (mogelijk gerelateerd aan het A27-traject). Je beoordeelt aannemersbegrotingen, geeft advies op het gebied van kosten en ramingen en ontwikkelt kostenproducten zoals ramingen, modellen en business cases. Je toetst kostenproducten geleverd door externe partijen en draagt bij aan kennisontwikkeling binnen het team. Waar van meerwaarde sluit je aan bij overleggen van de Kostenpool. Resultaat en kerntaken - Ontwikkelen van kostenproducten bij beslismomenten (ramingen, modellen, business cases). - Adviseren over projectvraagstukken, aanbestedingen, wijzigingen en kostenbeheersing. - Beoordelen en toetsen van kostenproducten geleverd door externe partijen. - Opzetten, uitvoeren, evalueren en bijsturen van kostenproducten binnen het project (inhoud en proces). - Samenwerken met kostenadviseurs, kostenspecialisten en kostenanalisten. - Deelname aan relevante overlegorganen (kostentafel, inkooptafel en andere projectoverleggen). Leiding en samenwerking Je ontvangt aansturing van het afdelingshoofd Kostenpool. Dagelijkse aansturing en samenwerking verlopen met de kostenadviseur van het project en het IPM-team op locatie. Meest essentiële competenties - Technische kennis: Civieltechnische kennis en/of werktuigbouwkunde. - SSK-systematiek: Kennis van SSK-systematiek en het analyseren van probabilistische resultaten (o.a.
