Unsere Filiale in Guntramsdorf sucht eine erfahrene Kundenberater:in Top, die/der Allrounder:in ist, Verantwortung übernimmt und weiß: Gute Beratung beginnt mit Zuhören - und endet mit einem zufriedenen Lächeln.

Was du bei uns tust (Spoiler: Es wird nie langweilig)

* Du betreust eigenverantwortlich einen Privatkundenstock - umfassend und mit Hausverstand

* Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf (kein One-Hit-Wonder)

* Du berätst deine Kund:innen umfassend in Finanzierungs-, Veranlagungs- und Vorsorgethemen

* Du bist über alle Kanäle für deine Kund:innen da

* Du vertrittst die Sparkasse Baden - professionell, authentisch und sympathisch

Was du mitbringst

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der gehobenen Privatkundenberatung

* Interesse an Zahlen, Märkten und Menschen

* Freude am Beraten und Verkaufen (ohne Druck, mit Qualität)

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative

* Ein Auftreten, das sagt: "Ich weiß, was ich tue - und bleibe trotzdem ich selbst."
