Door wet- en regelgeving en de veranderende samenleving staat de Gemeente Amstelveen midden in de digitale transformatie, die verder reikt dan technologie. Een van de doelstellingen die in alle digitaliseringsprojecten voorkomt is het optimaliseren van processen (samen, betrokken en oplossingsgericht). De kwaliteitsmanager heeft een grote impact op de doorontwikkeling van procesbeschrijvingen en is verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, borgen en uitbouwen hiervan. Een belangrijke component in de doorontwikkeling van procesbeschrijvingen is het centraal stellen van de informatiestromen in het bijzonder en de informatiehuishouding in het algemeen. Dat betekent dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor de implementatie van procesbeschrijvingen in relatie tot Control, kwalitatief hoogstaande informatiehuishoudingen en data gedreven sturen. Daarnaast beheer je de randvoorwaarden voor de organisatie zodat processen voldoen aan normen vanuit o.a. AVG, Archiefwet- en regelgeving, rechtmatigheid. Je staat in direct contact met de stakeholders, proces- en applicatie eigenaren en houdt de kaders voor het beschrijven van processen en de ontwikkelingen op zowel strategisch als sturend niveau (in en buiten de organisatie) goed in de gaten. Je brengt deze kaders en ontwikkelingen actief naar stakeholders en eigenaren en begeleidt de vakafdeling met de procesbeschrijvingen en de vastlegging ervan in de applicatie Engage. Daarnaast heb je een sturende en bewakende rol in het kader van de organisatie brede toepassing van Engage voor het creëren en registreren van procesbeschrijvingen. En de kwalitei...
