Als Learning & Development Coördinator word je de architect van ontwikkeling binnen onze organisatie. Je schakelt naadloos tussen HR, leidinggevenden en operationele teams, en bouw je een leercultuur waar groei en verbetering vanzelfsprekend zijn. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers niet alleen de juiste vaardigheden hebben, maar ook de kans krijgen om zich volledig te ontplooien.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Opleidingsbehoeften analyseren en vertalen naar een praktisch en toekomstgericht opleidingsplan
  • Leidinggevenden ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van hun teams
  • Onboarding- en opleidingstrajecten uitwerken die nieuwe medewerkers snel en succesvol laten integreren
  • Opleidingsmatrices, certificeringen en kwalificaties nauwgezet opvolgen
  • Digitale en klassikale leeroplossingen ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij de realiteit van een productieomgeving
  • Opleidingsresultaten monitoren en inzichten aanreiken waarmee de organisatie verder kan groeien
  • Ervoor zorgen dat veiligheids- en kwaliteitsopleidingen correct worden beheerd in ons LMS-systeem

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken iemand die energie haalt uit het ontwikkelen van mensen en het creëren van structuur binnen een complexe productieomgeving.

Een goede L&D Coördinator herkent zich in de volgende zaken:

  • Kennis en ervaring van L&D in een productieomgeving
  • Vlot begrijpen welke competenties een voedingsbedrijf nodig heeft om succesvol te zijn
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden, maar ook een sterke pragmatische aanpak
  • Iemand die zaken zelfstandig in beweging zet
  • Structuur brengt in processen, data en administratie
  • Snel begrijpt welke competenties een organisatie nodig heeft om succesvol te zijn
  • Voldoening haalt uit het verbeteren van systemen, processen en leertrajecten
