The posting

Voor Aviko België zijn wij op zoek naar een vaste Learning & Development Specialist die een belangrijke rol speelt in de verdere ontwikkeling en digitalisering van leren binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt voor onze twee productielocaties in Proven en Poperinge en maakt deel uit van het internationale Learning & Development team.

In deze functie neem je de leiding over een belangrijk project rond de digitalisering van ons productiepersoneel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de opzet als de uitvoering van dit project en werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden, HR-collega's en stakeholders op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.

Binnen Aviko speelt Learning & Development een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van de groei, ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. We bevinden ons in een dynamische omgeving waarin continu wordt gewerkt aan het versterken van kennis, vaardigheden en vakmanschap. Het L&D-team maakt deel uit van HR en bestaat uit enthousiaste specialisten die samenwerken met leidinggevenden, HR-collega's en andere stakeholders in binnen- en buitenland.

Je standplaats is een van onze locaties in België, waarbij je regelmatig aanwezig bent op zowel Proven als Poperinge. Daarnaast werk je samen met internationale collega's binnen Aviko en is hybride werken mogelijk.

Je bent een enthousiaste en zelfstandige professional die energie krijgt van verandering, digitalisering en leren. Je weet mensen te verbinden, neemt eigenaarschap en werkt gestructureerd aan het behalen van resultaten.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting
  • Minimum 2 jaar ervaring binnen Learning & Development, opleiding en ontwikkeling, HR of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
  • Kennis van de Belgische wetgeving en regelgeving mbt L&D, binnen voedingssector
  • Ervaring met digitaliseringsprojecten, opleidingsontwerp en het ontwikkelen van digitale leeroplossingen, e-learnings en evaluaties.
  • + Kennis van en ervaring met Workday
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om medewerkers, leidinggevenden en stakeholders mee te nemen in verandering en nieuwe manieren van leren.
  • Ervaring in stakeholdermanagement en het samenwerken met verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie.
  • Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden, waardoor je meerdere projecten en prioriteiten tegelijk kunt beheren.
  • Ervaring met het verzorgen van presentaties, workshops en opleidingsadvies. Vb. Ikv nieuwe processen/procedures/change/...
  • Projectmanagementvaardigheden voor de implementatie van opleidingen, workshops en digitaliseringsinitiatieven.
  • Een goede beheerding van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, kennis van de Franse taal zal goede aanvulling zijn.
