The posting

  • Als landmeter begeleid je wegenis- en rioleringsprojecten door meetgegevens nauwkeurig uit te zetten, te controleren en op de werf zichtbaar te materialiseren.
  • Je brengt bestaande situaties in kaart en werkt plaatsbeschrijvingen uit, zodat ontwerp, uitvoering en opvolging op betrouwbare informatie steunen.
  • Voor omgevingsaanleg maak je ontwerpen op in X-, Y- en Z-coördinaten en vertaal je technische gegevens naar praktische werkinformatie.
  • De opmaak van as-builtplannen behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Zo beschikken opdrachtgevers en interne teams over een correcte eindregistratie van de gerealiseerde werken.
  • Als landmeetkundige ben je het aanspreekpunt voor topografische vragen van het bestuur en stem je regelmatig af met werf- en projectleiders.
  • Je combineert terreinwerk met dossieranalyse en administratieve verwerking, onder meer via MS Office en relevante meet- en tekeninformatie.
  • Vanuit Harelbeke werk je mee aan uiteenlopende infrastructuur- en bouwprojecten in een organisatie die openbare werken, gebouwen en industriële constructies combineert.
  • Een masterdiploma in geomatica en landmeetkunde, industriële wetenschappen of een vergelijkbare technische richting sluit goed aan bij deze functie.
  • Met 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring breng je voldoende inzicht mee om meetgegevens, dossiers en terreinrealiteit zelfstandig met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, methodisch werken en stiptheid zijn belangrijk omdat kleine meetfouten grote gevolgen kunnen hebben voor uitvoering, planning en eindresultaat.
  • Je communiceert vlot met besturen, werf- en projectleiders en collega’s. Zelfstandigheid en ondernemingszin helpen je om problemen tijdig te signaleren en gericht naar oplossingen te zoeken.
