Als Lasser / Cascobouwer in Lauwersoog bouw je vanaf tekening mee aan nieuwe schepen die straks echt het water op gaan. Je stelt constructies samen, last ze af en ziet het casco voor je ogen groeien. Wat ga je doen? Als Lasser / Cascobouwer in Lauwersoog werk je aan nieuwbouwprojecten vanaf de eerste constructiedelen. Je past onderdelen in, stelt secties samen en zorgt voor sterke en nette lasverbindingen. Daarbij werk je met zowel staal als aluminium. - Samenstellen en opbouwen van casco- en scheepsconstructies - MIG/MAG-lassen van staal en aluminium - Onderdelen inpassen, hechten en aflassen - Werken vanaf technische tekeningen en maatvoering - Monteren en afwerken van verschillende constructiedelen - Controleren van je eigen las- en constructiewerk Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - €2.857 tot €3.752 bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring - Een detavast dienstverband met uitzicht op een vast contract - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Metaal & Techniek - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer - Werktijden van 07.00 tot 16.00 uur - Goede begeleiding en mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in de scheepsbouw Waar ga je werken? Als Lasser / Cascobouwer in Lauwersoog werk je op een werf waar nieuwe schepen vanaf de basis worden opgebouwd. In de productiehal zie je losse platen en constructiedelen stap voor stap veranderen in secties, casco's en uiteindelijk complete schepen. De werf richt zich op moderne scheepsnieuwbouw en werkt met verschillende materialen en constructietechnieken. Je bent dus niet bezig met eindeloze series kleine onderdelen.
