Klaar om een team te coachen, klanten vooruit te helpen en mee richting te geven aan de toekomst van IT?

Je hebt voldoende technische bagage om mee te denken, maar haalt vooral energie uit mensen begeleiden, structuur brengen en resultaten neerzetten. Als Team Lead Business Applications krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een team van ongeveer 10 consultants en engineers. Je combineert coaching met operationele daadkracht en krijgt de ruimte om de werking verder uit te bouwen. Geen rol waarin je alles zelf moet oplossen, maar een functie waarin je anderen sterker maakt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stuurt, coacht en ontwikkelt een team van ongeveer 10 consultants en engineers binnen Microsoft Business Applications.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, workload, kwaliteit en voortgang van projecten en klantendossiers.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij complexe vraagstukken en helpt mee richting bepalen bij implementaties en klantprojecten.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen klanten, consultants en management en denkt mee tijdens pre-sales en implementatietrajecten.
  • Je optimaliseert processen, brengt structuur in de teamwerking en bouwt mee aan de verdere groei van de afdeling.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is actief in software, hardware en IT-oplossingen voor de maakindustrie. Het bedrijf breng expertise samen om productiebedrijven te ondersteunen bij hun digitale werking, bedrijfsprocessen en technologische uitdagingen. Je komt terecht in een groeiende organisatie waar klantgerichtheid, samenwerking en duurzame oplossingen centraal staan.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een teamlead-, service delivery- of vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van een team en weet mensen op een motiverende manier mee te nemen.
  • Je beschikt over brede kennis van Microsoft Business Applications, bij voorkeur met ervaring in Business Central.
  • Je combineert technische en functionele inzichten met sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent pragmatisch, analytisch en resultaatgericht. Ervaring in een productie- of maakbedrijf is een mooie troef.
