We zijn op zoek naar een Lead Data Center Engineer voor de locatie Diemen die de verantwoordelijkheid deelt voor het beheer en onderhoud van gebouw- en site-installaties. Functie - Coördineer gepland onderhoudswerk en probleemoplossingsactiviteiten, en spring indien nodig bij. - Ontwikkel een personeelsplanning met de Contract Manager, rekening houdend met vereiste vaardigheden en beschikbaarheid van personeel, inclusief gepland onderhoud, reactieve werkorders en corrigerende werkorders in de planning. - Volg en rapporteer prestatie-indicatoren met betrekking tot onderhoudsactiviteiten aan de Contract Manager. - Regel alle benodigde input voor het uitvoeren van het werk, zoals werkinstructies, tekeningen, leveranciersinstructies, speciale procedures, materialen en gereedschappen. - Communiceer de benodigde stappen met betrekking tot HSE-vereisten en -regelgeving aan het team. - Toon leiderschap en zorg voor veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering van het werk. - Fungeer als centraal aanspreekpunt voor vragen tijdens de uitvoering van het werk. - Deel verantwoordelijkheid voor teamprestatiebe...
