Aufgaben

* Take technical ownership of the design, development, and continuous improvement of Java-based applications and services

* Drive the implementation of high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot

* Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into pragmatic technical solutions

* Providetechnical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to support the growth of team members

* Support projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept to implementation

* Analyze existing systems andidentifyopportunities for optimization and improvement

Qualifications

* Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU) or a comparable qualification

* Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing software systems

* Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, modern software architectures, and software engineering best practices

* Experience in leading developers or acting as a technical lead within agile teams

* Hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin(Spring Boot),RESTful APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed systems
