Senior Software Engineer - .NET / Azure

Pour l'un de nos clients actifs dans le secteur financier et assurantiel, nous recherchons un Senior Software Engineer pour rejoindre une équipe IT expérimentée.

Le poste combine développement logiciel, expertise .NET/Angular/Azure et responsabilités de leadership technique. Vous serez amené à rester proche du code tout en intervenant sur les choix d'architecture, les standards de développement et l'accompagnement des équipes.

Vos responsabilités

  • Concevoir, développer, tester et maintenir des applications critiques dans un environnement .NET et Azure.
  • Participer activement au développement et aux revues de code.
  • Garantir la qualité, la sécurité, la performance et la maintenabilité des solutions.
  • Être un référent technique pour les développeurs de l'équipe et les accompagner dans leur évolution.
  • Définir et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques et standards d'ingénierie logicielle.
  • Participer aux choix d'architecture et veiller à la cohérence des solutions applicatives.
  • Contribuer à des projets de modernisation et de migration du paysage applicatif.
  • Intégrer les principes de Secure by Design dans les solutions développées.

  • Vous avez au minimum 8 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel.
  • Vous avez une expérience significative en tant que Senior Developer, Technical Lead ou référent technique.
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé dans des environnements applicatifs complexes avec une forte composante data.
  • Vous avez participé à des projets de modernisation ou de migration d'applications.
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre des responsabilités techniques tout en conservant une approche hands-on.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise pour accompagner, coacher et faire progresser d'autres développeurs.
  • Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.

Une expérience dans le secteur financier ou assurantiel constitue un plus.
