am Standort Hörsching als 1 Lean Operations Manager (m/w/d) Lean Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

* Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Lean Management Systems am Standort zur Steigerung von Effektivität und Effizienz

* Koordination, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Audits, bspw. in den Bereichen 5S, SMAT und SFM

* Mitwirkung im Strategieprozess sowie Unterstützung bei der Definition und Umsetzung jährlicher strategischer Ziele und Mitarbeit in Projekten

* Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Lean-Schulungen sowie Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Qualifizierung der Mitarbeiter

* Aktive Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Verbesserungsprozessen im Bereich Operations

* Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Berichten und Reports

* Förderung von Standardisierungen, Best Practices und nachhaltigen Verbesserungsprozessen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder Operations Management)

* Mind. 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Produktions- bzw. Lean Management

* Fachliche Ausbildungen im Bereich Lean Management (Green/Black Belt, Kaizen, 5S, SFM, PJM)

* Fortschrittliches unternehmerisches Denken und Leidenschaft für kontinuierliche Verbesserung

* Stärken in Kommunikation und kollaborativer Führung, Moderation und Problemlösung in vielen Alltagssituationen

* Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsfähigkeit, Planungs- und Umsetzungsstärke

* Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende für Veränderungen und Lean- Prinzipien zu begeistern

Bei Erfüllung oben genannter Kriterien bieten wir Ihnen ein wettbewerbsfähiges Jahresbruttogehalt im Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnische Industrie ab rund EUR 60.000,-- (zzgl. variablem Anteil von bis zu 10%). Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
