De Meerstede in Hoofddorp zoekt per direct een gedreven en enthousiaste Leercoach 16 uur - uitbreiding in uren in combinatie als verpleegkundige mogelijk De Meerstede - Hoofddorp FWG 45 conform cao VVT - Maximaal € 4.245,84 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur (Inschaling is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) Ben jij die enthousiaste verpleegkundige die energie krijgt van het begeleiden van collega's, leerlingen en stagiaires? In deze rol draag je direct bij aan een veilige en professionele leeromgeving. Je ondersteunt niet alleen nieuwe zorgprofessionals bij hun start, maar verbindt ook andere deskundigheden met het team. Het geven van lessen Intervisie en Klinisch redeneren zijn tevens onderdelen van deze functie. Samen creëren we een cultuur waarin ruimte is voor groei, kwaliteit en vooral veel werkplezier.
