Je werkt fulltime in een dynamische omgeving waar je echte vakkennis opdoet. Deze positie biedt volop kansen voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf. We bieden een uitgebreid inwerkprogramma en voortdurende training om je vaardigheden te verbeteren. Je start je werkdag met het controleren van de productieapparatuur en ingrediënten. Gedurende de dag werk je samen met ervaren collega's om het productieproces soepel en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van de kaas en zorgt ervoor dat alle hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen worden nageleefd. Klaar om je carrière te starten als leerling kaasmaker/operator?
