Wil jij werken aan uiteenlopende dossiers, ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en procedures, én onze juridische structuur en compliance verder helpen versterken? Wat ga je doen? In jouw nieuwe baan als Legal Counsel ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van Transavia over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken. Je werkt zelfstandig aan diverse dossiers, begeleidt onderhandelingen en ondersteunt bij procedures. Ook lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan onze compliance-structuur en juridische beleidsontwikkeling. - Adviseren over, opstellen en beoordelen van commerciële contracten en overeenkomsten; - Adviseren over privacyvraagstukken, opstellen van verwerkersovereenkomsten en het gevraagd en ongevraagd ondersteunen van collega's bij naleving van de privacywetgeving; - Adviseren bij juridische vraagstukken uit de organisatie zoals consumenten- en passagierswetgeving en bij nieuwe commerciële initiatieven; - Signaleren van wijzigingen in relevante nationale en internationale wetgeving (onder andere luchtvaart-, privacy- en ondernemingsrecht) en dit vertalen naar juridisch beleid en interne richtlijnen. Waar land je? Je landt binnen de afdeling Legal & Industry Affairs, onderdeel van Business Services. Hier werk je samen met vier collega's. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor alle juridische zaken binnen Transavia (behalve het arbeidsrecht) en fungeert als betrouwbare sparringpartner voor de hele organisatie.
