Die Integra Vorarlberg gem. GmbH bietet Arbeit und Bildung für arbeitssuchende Menschen. In unseren vielfältigen Programmen beschäftigen und qualifizieren wir rund 550 Teilnehmer/innen.

Unser Pflichtschulabschluss Team sucht zur Verstärkung für den Standort Feldkirch 1 LEHRER:IN TRAINER:IN (m/w/d)

Teilzeit (30 Stunden/Woche)

Deine Aufgaben

* Vermittlung und Vorbereitung von Lerninhalten in den Fächern Deutsch und Kommunikation, Englisch und Geografie, Gesundheit und Soziales, Berufsorientierung, Natur und Technik sowie Mathematik

* Förderung der Teilnehmer:innen mit unterschiedlichen Lernvoraussetzungen, sowie Einzelcoaching von Jugendlichen

* Unterstützung bei der Stärkung grundlegender Qualifikationen und sozialer Kompetenzen der Teilnehmer:innen

* Administrative Tätigkeiten in der Teilnehmer:innenverwaltung

Das zeichnet Dich aus

* Du verfügst über mindestens eine Matura und einer z.B. eine Coachingausbildung, Train-the-Trainer-Ausbildung oder DaZ-/DaF-Ausbildung usw.

* Optional ein abgeschlossenes Lehramt- oder vergleichbares Studium (z.B. Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaften, Soziale Arbeit, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Sozialpädagogik...)

* Du hast Berufserfahrung im Bildungsbereich bzw. im Gruppencoaching

* Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen und begeisterst Dich für deren Themen

* Du bist teamfähig, kommunikativ und verfügst über ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz sowie eine gute Vernetzungsfähigkeit

* Du bist an selbständiges, ziel- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten gewohnt

* Du verfügst über Gender- und Diversitykompetenz

* Einschlägige Erfahrung in arbeitsmarktpolitischen Projekten sowie in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen ist ebenso von Vorteil wie die Kenntnis der Vorarlberger Berufs- und Ausbildungslandschaft

* Das monatliche Bruttogehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag des Vorarlberger Gesundheits- und Sozialwesens (VSG-KV) Gehaltsgruppe 6, zuzüglich Erschwernis- und Gefahrenzulage. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist abhängig von Deiner Berufserfahrung und Deiner Ausbildung.
