Je werkt aan projecten die Nederland toekomstbestendiger maken, zoals laadinfra-oplossingen voor elektrische mobiliteit en grote zonneparken. Je bent een voortrekker die zorgt voor een plezierige en productieve werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen als Leidinggevend Monteur Energietransitie? - Leidinggeven aan monteurs bij hoogwaardige projecten in de energietransitie - Fungeren als schakel tussen opdrachtgever, monteurs, onderaannemers en projectleider - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het borgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkplek - Aansturen van 2 tot 3 collega's en samenwerken aan projecten - Administratief bijhouden van meer- en minderwerk en hierover communiceren met opdrachtgever en projectleider Wat deze rol jou biedt - Salaris passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring - Flexibel uitbetalen vakantiegeld - Persoonlijk ontwikkelplan - Verschillende trainingen via studytube - Opbouw van 13 ADV dagen per jaar, naast 25 reguliere verlofdagen - Fietsplan (verlof ruilen voor aanschaf van een fiets) - €40 sportbudget per maand - Laptop en telefoon - Korting bij o.a.
