Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Leitung Montagepool & Ressourcenmanagement Ausmaß: Vollzeit - Arbeitsort: Haid bei Ansfelden - Anstellung bei: Kremsmüller - Eintritt: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Montagepools

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Montagepersonals

* Steuerung von Personal-, Fahrzeug-, Werkzeug- und Betriebsmittelressourcen

* Laufende Abstimmung mit Bauleitern, Projektleitern, Lager und internen Servicebereichen

* Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen Auslastung sowie Einhaltung von Budget- und Qualitätsvorgaben

* Planung und Koordination von Aus- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

* Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und digitalen Werkzeugen zur Ressourcensteuerung

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Lehre, Meister, HTL, FH oder vergleichbares)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage, Bauleitung, Projektabwicklung oder Ressourcenplanung

* Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern

* Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Planungs- und Koordinationsstärke

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

* Wirtschaftliches Denken sowie Verständnis für Kennzahlen und Budgetverantwortung

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Planungssystemen und ERP-Lösungen

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens 56.000,00 Euro inkl. Firmenfahrzeug vorgesehen. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist je nach Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung natürlich gegeben.
