* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung eines Qualitätssicherungsteams

* Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätskontrollsystems

* Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Qualitätsstandards gemeinsam mit dem QM-Team

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und normativer Anforderungen

* Analyse relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams in Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement und SCM in Oed und Cazin

* Mitgestaltung der IT-Integration der QS-Prozesse

Dein Überzeugendes Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Universität)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und der Qualitätssicherung bevorzugt im industriellen Umfeld

* Technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Qualitätsstandards

* Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinären Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsverantwortung
