Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick

* Linienverantwortung: Sie arbeiten aktiv an der Produktionslinie mit, übernehmen deren technische Betreuung und sichern einen reibungslosen Betrieb.

* Rüsten: Sie rüsten Anlagen und stellen diese bei Produktwechseln optimal ein.

* Störungsbehebung: Sie analysieren Störungen, grenzen Ursachen ein und beheben diese nachhaltig.

* Wartung: Sie führen Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Anlagen durch.

* Optimierung: Sie verbessern laufend Prozesse hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität und Ausbringung.

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik o. Ä.)

* Erfahrung in der Produktion bzw. im Umgang mit automatisierten Anlagen

* Technisches Verständnis für Maschinen, Prozesse und Abläufe

* Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 2- oder 3-Schichtsystem (5-Tage-Woche)

Für diese Position ist der Mindestlohn der Einstufung Kat. 5 im Kollektivvertrag für die Chemische Industrie (Arbeiter) vorgesehen. Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung gegeben.
