De gemeente Vught (regio Den Bosch) zoekt een gedreven locatiemedewerker Opvang & Migratie die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en het dagelijkse leven van onze - voornamelijk Oekraïense - bewoners ondersteunt op de verschillende opvanglocaties. In deze rol zijn stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit echt belangrijk, omdat geen dag hetzelfde is en je regelmatig schakelt tussen uiteenlopende situaties. Als locatiemedewerker ben jij, samen met je collega's, het vertrouwde gezicht van de gemeente en zorg je ervoor dat alles op de opvanglocaties soepel, mensgericht en veilig verloopt. Dit ga je doen Als woonbegeleider/locatiemedewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en zorg je voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen op onze opvanglocaties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het dagelijks ondersteunen van bewoners bij vragen en het stimuleren van zelfstandigheid (een belangrijk thema binnen onze opvang). - Toezicht op naleving van huisregels: je ziet toe op het juiste gebruik van gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en begeleidt bewoners bij corveetaken. - Het organiseren van activiteiten voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen. - Het ondersteunen van de locatiecoördinatoren bij operationele en organisatorische taken. - Het signaleren en melden van situaties op de locaties. - Het bijdragen aan een veilige woonomgeving. - Het deelnemen aan teamoverleggen waarin casussen en werkzaamheden worden besproken; je doet dit tenslotte samen. Het administratieve deel van de functie is beperkt (ongeveer 20%); het grootste deel van je werk (circa 80%) bestaat uit sociaal contact en directe begeleiding.
