We make it work. 1 Logistics technician Als Logistics technician sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von logistikbezogenen Projekten innerhalb des Unternehmens. Sie gestalten die Business Prozesse der Logistik und optimieren diese. Sie leiten bereichsübergreifende Projektteams und stellen sicher, dass Projekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit und Budget erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

* Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Logistikprojekten von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung

* Analyse bestehender logistischer Prozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen Erstellung von Projektplänen, Risikoanalysen, Statusberichten und Präsentationen

* Lagermanagement, Betreuung und Optimierung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Nahtstellen der Logistik (Einkauf, Produktion, IT, externe Dienstleister)

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards

* Einführung neuer Systeme, Tools und Technologien im Logistikumfeld Dokumentation und Übergabe von Projektergebnissen an die Linienorganisation

* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung logistischer Standards und Prozesse

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Wirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in einer logistiknahen Funktion

* Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung oder Supply-Chain-Konzepten von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, verschiedene Stakeholder zu koordinieren

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie) 48.001 EUR.
