Speel een cruciale rol in de logistieke keten door transporten nauwkeurig en efficiënt te coördineren voor onze klant.

Als Logistiek Administratief Bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratief voorbereiden en opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande transporten. Je zorgt dat elke vracht volgens planning en procedures verloopt, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met het Shipping-team en rapporteert aan de Transport Manager.

Naast 40% baliewerk, zal je ook instaan voor volgend takenpakket:

- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en verantwoordelijk voor een veilige en efficiënte afhandeling van transporten - Vrachten invoeren en bestemmingen controleren in SAP - Chauffeurs informeren over veiligheidsvoorschriften en planning van inkomende grondstoffen opvolgen - Orders nauwkeurig invoeren en stock controleren, klanten informeren bij afwijkingen - Signaleren van problemen of opmerkingen aan Transport Manager en Customer Service - Beheren van transportdocumenten zoals laadbonnen en afleverbonnen - Bijdragen aan correcte facturatie door vrachten in het TVS-systeem te registreren en facturen te controleren - Ondersteunen van interne afdelingen zoals Customer Service, Inkoopadministratie en Marketing afhankelijk van de site

Je bent commercieel en relationeel sterk, en kan zowel mondeling als schriftelijk helder communiceren. Je bent vlot in het gebruik van ERP-systemen zoals SAP en Salesforce, en staat open om nieuwe systemen te leren, zoals Business Central dat vanaf 2026 wordt ingevoerd.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Professionele bachelor / graduaat Logistiek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Vakkennis: Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen. SAP: ervaring met SAP is vereist; we stappen in 2026 over naar Business Central. MS Office: je kunt efficiënt werken met Word, Excel en Outlook.

- Talenkennis: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans en kan je behelpen in het Engels.
