Voor onze klant, een familiebedrijf in Venlo in wegtransport, zijn we op zoek naar een logistiek administratief medewerker fulltime Als logistiek administratief medewerker fulltime ben je verantwoordelijk voor een van de grotere klanten binnen het bedrijf. Je behoudt hierin het overzicht vanaf het moment van aanmelden van de order door de klant tot aan de facturatie en alle stappen die daar tussen zitten. In deze rol zorg je er samen met je team voor dat alle processen tot in detail worden opgevolgd. - Aannemen en correct verwerken van de opdracht. - Terugkoppeling geven aan de klant omtrent de gegeven opdracht. - Doorzetten van de opdracht aan interne planning. - Verzorgen van de bijbehorende laad/loslijsten. - Onderhouden van contacten met partners in binnen- en buitenland. - Pro-actief opvolgen van zendingen en onregelmatigheden communiceren met de klant. - Oplossen van alle voorkomende onregelmatigheden. - Registreren van (extra) kosten op correcte wijze, in het systeem per zending. - Financiële voorbereiding treffen zodat de control tower facturist tijdig kan factureren. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris tussen de 2600 en 3300 euro bruto per maand; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen: - 8,33 % vakantiegeld; - Goede pensioenregeling 2/3 betaald door werkgever ; - Mogelijkheid om 1 dag vanuit thuis te werken; - Functie voor 36- 40 uur ; 4 x 9 werken is mogelijk met een flexibele dag vrij - Daarnaast ontvang je 5% toeslag op al je gewerkte uren in verband met verschoven diensten; - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkelingen - fijne werksfeer met leuke uitstapjes/ activiteiten Functie...
