Logistiek-Coördinator - Bakker Transport & Warehousing - Heerenveen Bakker Transport & Warehousing Jobid=608547732079387991 (0.0497) Functieomschrijving Als Logistiek-Coördinator ben je binnen Bakker Transport & Warehousing het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klanten en medewerkers op de warehouse-afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van logistieke uitdagingen voor de klanten en optimaal uitvoeren van deze oplossing. Daarnaast ben je intern samen met collega's en management bezig om de afdeling continu te verbeteren. Voor deze uitdagende en afwisselende functie zijn ze opzoek naar een oplossingsgerichte flexibele logistiek-coördinator. Je kan goed samenwerken en communiceren waardoor je een prettige manier van werken creëert tussen jou, je collega's en de klanten. Je bent daadkrachtig, raakt niet in de war van veranderende omstandigheden en denkt altijd in oplossingen. Je werkt in een klein team van logistiek coördinatoren en rapporteert aan de Operationeel manager. Wat ga je doen? - Orderadministratie: orderacceptatie, verwerking en controle; - Emballageregistratie; - Voorraadregistratie; - Onderhouden en bespreken van rapportages; - Contacten onderhouden met klanten, partners en afdeling transport; - Inbrengen en realiseren van verbeterpunten op de afdeling warehouse; - Beheersen en bewaken van doelstelling op gebied van kwaliteit en presentaties. Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van logistiek & supply chain met MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; - Meerdere jaren werkervaring in de logistiek is een pré; - Passie en affiniteit voor logistiek met inzet +/- 40 uur per week; - Beheersing van Duitse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Goede beheersing van IT-Systemen (warehouse management systeem en ondersteunende software zoals MS-office); - Woonachtig op ca. 30 km van de standplaats Heerenveen.
