Onze opdrachtgever betreft een vooraanstaande en financieel gezonde bedrijfsgroep in de regio Roeselare. Om het succes en de constante groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een strategisch en operationeel gedreven Logistiek Coördinator. Binnen deze organisatie staan innovatie, klantgerichtheid en een transparante, mensgerichte bedrijfscultuur centraal. Als Logistiek Coördinator ben jij het operationele brein achter de goederen- en informatiestromen. Je overziet het gehele traject van ontvangst, interne verplaatsingen tot de finale verzending. In deze veelzijdige rol stuur je de logistieke teams op de werkvloer aan, bewaak je de voortgang en breng je de logistieke organisatie naar een hoger niveau door continue procesoptimalisatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Operationele Coördinatie & Sturing: Je organiseert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de vloer, verdeelt de taken efficiënt en waarborgt dat verzendingen tijdig en correct vertrekken.
  • People Management & Coaching: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers, stimuleert een hechte teamgeest en coacht hen in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Proces- en Kwaliteitsverbetering: Je analyseert logistieke processen, brengt verbetertrajecten in kaart en begeleidt het team bij het toepassen van efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Ketenafstemming & Voorraad: Je bewaakt de nauwkeurigheid van het voorraadbeheer en stemt operationele uitdagingen proactief af met planning, productie en transport.
  • KPI-bewaking: Je volgt kwaliteits- en efficiëntie-indicatoren op en stuurt proactief bij waar nodig om afdelingsdoelen te behalen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Hoger werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen een logistieke, supply chain of distributieomgeving.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen, begeleiden of coördineren van een operationeel team.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met een proactieve, pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet medewerkers te inspireren.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands; aanvullende talenkennis (Frans/Engels) is een duidelijke meerwaarde.
