The posting

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van inkomende bestellingen, de interne afstemming met productie en de organisatie van leveringen richting klanten. Je fungeert als spilfiguur tussen verschillende afdelingen en externe partners, waarbij je zorgt dat alles vlot en volgens planning verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Planning & coördinatie

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van binnenkomende orders binnen het logistieke systeem
  • Afstemmen met productieafdelingen om een efficiënte planning te garanderen
  • Organiseren van transporten en opstellen van leveringsschema's
  • Coördineren van uitgaande goederenstromen richting klanten en distributiepunten

Transport & distributie

  • Inplannen van transporten via externe partners en eigen chauffeurs
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor transportgerelateerde vragen

Klantcontact & opvolging

  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten en verdelers
  • Behandelen van vragen en klachten op een professionele manier
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige communicatie rond leveringen

Je hebt ervaring of opleiding binnen logistiek of supply chain

Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook bij drukte

Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht ingesteld

Je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en stakeholders

Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en kan je behelpen in Frans en Engels
