We helpen sporters wereldwijd het maximale uit zichzelf te halen, met producten die zijn ontwikkeld op basis van wetenschap en in samenwerking met professionals. We werken samen met toonaangevende namen zoals Team Visma | Lease a Bike, Amstel Gold Race, IRONMAN, Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team en AZ Alkmaar. Functieomschrijving We groeien hard - we verdubbelen ieder jaar. Die groei vraagt om een magazijn dat net zo hard meegroeit als onze omzet. Daarom zoeken we een Logistiek Manager die het fundament legt onder een soepele, betrouwbare goederenstroom: de operationele motor achter alles wat we aan sporters over de hele wereld leveren. Hoewel deze rol nadrukkelijk operationeel van aard is, werken we als scale-up zonder overbodige hiërarchie. Dat betekent dat je zelf meewerkt op de vloer én het overzicht bewaart over het grotere geheel. Je bent even comfortabel met het aansturen van je team als met het pragmatisch oplossen van de uitdagingen die horen bij een snelgroeiende organisatie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Dagelijkse aansturing magazijn - Je stuurt en plant dagelijks het magazijnteam (3-4 medewerkers) aan, met een hands-on, meewerkende aanpak op de vloer - Je verdeelt werkzaamheden en prioriteiten, zodat inkomende en uitgaande stromen tijdig en correct worden afgehandeld - Je bewaakt veiligheid, orde en netheid in het magazijn - Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt teamleden, en werkt nieuwe medewerkers in Goederenstroom & voorraadbeheer - Je controleert en verwerkt inkomende goederen, inclusief eerste kwaliteitscontrole - Je beheert het quarantaineproces: geblokkeerde of nog te controleren goederen correct labelen, scheiden en tijdig vrijgeven of afkeuren - Je coördineert uitgaande goedere...
