Wat ga je doen? Als Logistiek manager nabij Rotterdam vorm je de spil van onze distributiehub. Je bent juist constant aanwezig op de werkvloer waar de processen plaatsvinden. Je bewaart de structuur in de keten zodat de bezorging vlekkeloos verloopt en onze service aan de verwachtingen van de klant voldoet. Een cruciale managementrol met veel variatie, waarbij geen enkele werkdag identiek is! - Je geeft direct sturing aan een groep van 30 tot 200 Runners en ondersteunt de Team Leads bij hun professionele ontplooiing. - Je analyseert kritische prestatie-indicatoren, met de focus op stipte vertrektijden, rittenveiligheid en de algehele klanttevredenheid. - Je signaleert verbeterpunten om de hubprocessen efficiënter in te richten, waardoor de distributie effectiever verloopt. - Je overlegt periodiek met de specialisten op het hoofdkantoor om schaalvergroting en operationele vernieuwing te realiseren. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correcte beheer en de inzetbaarheid van onze elektrische Picnic-voertuigen. Bij Picnic bouwen we aan de distributiekanalen van de toekomst. Wij bezorgen dagvers eten rechtstreeks bij gezinnen thuis met een hoog serviceniveau.
