Zij vertalen ideeën naar fysieke (kunststof) producten door middel van productontwikkeling, het beheer van matrijzenfabricage en het onderhoud ervan. De productie vindt plaats in hun geavanceerde machinepark in Didam. Bij Hollarts streven ze naar kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid en zijn ze voortdurend op zoek naar manieren om onze processen te verbeteren. Het bedrijf is gunstig gelegen in Didam, direct naast het treinstation, waardoor we goed bereikbaar zijn met het openbaar vervoer. Dit ga je doen Als Logistiek Manager krijg je de mogelijkheid om de 'logistieke performance' van de totale organisatie naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Voor de Logistiek Manager zoeken wij een ondernemend, gedreven en zelfstandig persoon met een 'hart en passie' voor Logistiek (Supply Chain). Een persoon met enkele jaren werkervaring in de logistiek die zich thuis voelt binnen een dynamische productie omgeving met tal van groeimogelijkheden. In deze functie krijg je de kans om je leiderschapskwaliteiten te ontwikkelen, want dagelijks stuur je inkoop, planning, warehouse en distributie aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor 8 fte. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten, maar ook voor het opzetten en leiden van verbeteringsinitiatieven en het implementeren van efficiëntere processen binnen het bedrijf.
