Bij Voka - Kamer van Koophandel West-Vlaanderen ontvangen we dagelijks ondernemers voor overleg, opleidingen en netwerkmomenten. Zowel onze bezoekers als collega's moeten zich vanaf het allereerste moment welkom voelen. Een gastvrije, verzorgde en uitnodigende omgeving vormt daarvoor de basis.

Als logistiek medewerker maak je deel uit van ons logistiek team en ben je een onmisbare schakel in het dagelijkse verloop van onze werking. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze bezoekers en collega’s kunnen rekenen op een verzorgde, gastvrije en professionele omgeving waarin alles vlot verloopt.

Wat houdt je functie in?

Samen met het logistieke team ben je een onmisbare schakel in het dagelijkse verloop van onze werking en draag je bij aan een verzorgde en professionele werkomgeving.

  • Zaalvoorbereiding: Je zorgt voor de opstelling van de zalen voor overleg, opleidingen en evenementen (tafelschikking, catering/water/koffie en duidelijke signalisatie). Na afloop breng je de zalen weer in hun basisopstelling, zodat ze meteen klaarstaan voor volgend gebruik.
  • Proactieve zorg & netheid: Je houdt de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes (onthaal, keukens, sanitair en werkplekken) geordend en netjes. Je merkt zelf op waar aandacht nodig is en grijpt proactief in.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Je bewaakt de voorraad van verbruiksmaterialen en meldt eventuele technische defecten (beamer, verlichting, meubilair) proactief aan je teamgenoten en leidinggevende.
  • Buitenomgeving: Samen met het team waak je over de uitstraling van de werkomgeving vanaf het eerste contactpunt. Denk hierbij aan een verzorgde ingang, het net houden van het terras en de buitenbanken, het stofvrij houden van de laadpalen en de sensoren van de slagboom.
  • Echte teamspeler: Je werkt graag samen in een hecht logistiek team waar collega's op elkaar kunnen bouwen en elkaar ondersteunen tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit & detail: Je hebt oog voor wat er nodig is om onze ruimtes er verzorgd uit te laten zien en pakt dit graag op.
  • Gastvrij: Je straalt vriendelijkheid uit en je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Achtergrond: Ervaring in een facilitaire context, logistiek, zorg voor gebouwen of horeca is een fijne troef maar jouw motivatie en inzet zijn minstens even belangrijk.
